I've continued to avoid Waves 3 & 4 on the grounds they don't interest me. Got a preorder in for the two proper retro figures coming in the autumn and I look forward to a decent Jedi wave next year.
I wonder if at some point they'll go episodes 1-3 with this line. They do seem to be doing okay with the TV tie-in idea though.

That is... not cheap. I bought the The Force Awakens line version of Boba Fett's Spaceship a few years back for less than that. Admittedly it was reduced in TK Maxx, but that's not the point - that's a lot of money for something tiny that doesn't do much. Although I am painfully aware that money is not worth much these days...

Pretty lame really. The Fett is just a reissue of the first ESB one, so this is $28 for Bossk, which is at least new. The other bounty hunter two pack they have coming is similar but at least in that Dengar is new and IG-88 is a minor repaint of IG-11 from the first Mando wave on a different card.

I love how they try to recreate the transf- conversion scene from Revenge of the Sith in this advert, but just ram the top of the helmet on at the end.
Also, it may be accurate to Kenobi, but that doesn't mean it's *good*. The costuming guys boasted during the making of Revenge of the Sith that they'd finally made the perfect Vader helmet, since the originals were slightly asymmetrical. Excpet... That's part of what makes it, and why the RotS helmet doesn't look quite right. It needs that asymmetry to work. Just because they could, doesn't mean that they should...
