I hear the Cam Kennedy comic colours 3.75 Fett is the one you want.

I'm sure whatever it is is really good, but I'm only really interest in the 6" Boba Fett figure that is currently going cheap.
Do you have one, Doctor? Does anyone else have one? Is it worth buying? Hmm?

Having had a quick look, it seems this RotJ carded one you're looking at: www.staractionfigures.co.uk/f6855Is a repack of the previous Jedi Deluxe one: www.staractionfigures.co.uk/f1271But might not have all the extras the deluxe came with. It's certainly got a few though, so not bad for £20 from Star. Actually, this video suggests it does have all the extras. So £20 from Star is a steal: www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHsKSb3nIMMThe older 6" out at the moment is the ESB one: www.staractionfigures.co.uk/e8080Which is slightly different (round the waist certainly) and probably has a more ESB colour scheme. They are all basically the same mould. I'd say you can't go wrong for £20 for the RotJ carded one, it's got a fair few extras with it. Considering it was £35 rrp it's a good deal. This video compares the ESB one and the RotJ deluxe www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZWSlKrVe260

A sensible, and exhaustive, answer. Thank you, brother Pinwig.
I have the ESB, but I'm a ROTJ boy and Boba's colour scheme in ROTJ is just so nostalgic to me. I have the awe-inspiring recent 3.75" Boba... not sure I should be entering the world of 6" Star Wars... Then again, I do have a Darth Vader and a Jedi Luke... ESB Boba has remained in the loft though, for some reason, just didn't grab me. Weird that, now I think about it. Vader and Luke live in the box I have my small but perfectly formed Marvel and DC 6/7" collection in. But again, never get them out. Hmmmmm.
But 20 - 25 quid... and I have Amazon vouchers. I mean, it's nowt these days for an action figure...

OK, that is good.
Every year, I see the festive SW figures and think they are good...but never buy any.

Nice! There's some crackers in there, and several I had back in the day. However if this set goes the way the last one did I'm not getting excited yet. New Hope 'Other Six' set was announced by ID Toys July 23rd last year and went up for pre-order May 4th this year... This set is announced July 18th and goes up for pre-order... next May? Nope, now. Due 6th Sept. Jolly good.

OK, that is good. Every year, I see the festive SW figures and think they are good...but never buy any. Likewise. Although for me that's largely because they're all in the 6 inch range, and I have no other 6 inch Star Wars figures, and I'm not about to start. I assume this Jawa is also in that range, so very tempted as I might otherwise be, I'll still pass.

Yeah, if they were 3.75 I probably would have cracked at least once.

Crimson Guard?
This isn't G.I. Joe, old boy.
Do you mean Emperor's Royal Guard?

Yeah but when I was a nipper they were always crimson guards to me. I'm sure that was written in something somewhere.
Anyway. I've got a Mon Mothma action figure.

I see after the Ahsoka retro wave, the next one is going to be six figures from The Phantom Menace. But not Anakin.

Catching up with myself. I went to the 'May the Toys Be With You' exhibition in Chichester last week. It's a small but lovingly put together display of some, not all, of the 80s toys. One large room well set out: The main focus really is on a complete set of the original series along one wall, one figure plus one variant. There are other exciting things, such as the box for Phil's Land of the Jawas. Whether it was in the box or not is unknown, but obviously we know it can't have been because it doesn't exist. And the all important cardboard Palitoy Death Star And a nice case at one end showing the Hoth toys: Also a Haslab Barge but with original 80s figures on it Overall a worthwhile use of an hour browsing and reliving some past memories. Didn't feel a huge urge to go back to collecting those figures, the Retro line is scratching that itch, but it is a stark reminder of how good toy lines are when they have vehicles and playsets integrated into them.

I had that cardboard base, but not with the Star Wars imagery on it, it had other stuff printed on the cardboard structure and was an Action Force base iirc.
