My brother is planning to buy me the Hardhead / Hot Head upgrade set off Kapow Toys, but I don't actually have a Universe Hardhead to put the bits on!
Can he be got in the UK at all? I've been looking and ebay USA is pretty expensive.

Ebay is now your best bet, it was never released in the UK, the price has been going up ever since the head was announced so you'll be lucky to find it cheap.

You could try some of the US boards, but by now I think £40 is as cheap as you'll get.

TFW is the onl one I go on much as they all have basically the same content, but theres Seibertron and Tformers and if you're a TFCC member they have a board with a sales thread too.

I've never been able to find this for a sane price, even before the 3rd party head was announced. It does look good.

I ended up paying £58 for mine and that dosn't include the Hothead upgrade. Worth it though, he looks brilliant.

I read a report a few weeks back that TJ Hughes stores were getting these in..... I don't think they're in the UK but new supply may make them little cheaper on eBay's altar.

There is a TJ Hughes in Southend and thus far all it has had is Animated Activators and those bump and pop up car things.
