That's a toughie. From the pics I've seen, and taking in account that Wheeljack is my fifth fave character, I am going to have to say that the mold seems to fit Tracks better. I can't wait to get my hot little mits on Wheeljack, and I think he looks damn good, but I kinda wished they'd given Wheeljack his own mold. But as Big Phil says, I'll know for sure when I have him.
