I've been racking my brains to see how I could contribute, but, truth be told, I was never particularly fond of Death's Head so I have no inspiration.

If you want in but can't really think of anything of Death's Head himself to work on, I'm sure there are other things you could do... Perhaps a Greatest Hits feature, rather like your own 'quintessential' features, in which you talk about his top five hard targets? Of course, that might include characters from outside of TransFormers... Something to dwell on, anyway...
