There's another comic mart in Birmingham on Saturday 28 May.
I plan on going along, so if anyone's free that day and fancies coming as well and maybe for a bite to eat and drinks afterwards I will happy to be in receipt of your company.
The weather might even be nice!

I'm plannign on heading to have look at this - if any dealers have any 2008+ IDW comics. Where is the free parkign it says on the website - not sure on where it is. Also - 2 weeks after AA & in the same place www.thecomicsshow.co.uk/2011BC/index.html |

Pete, I think the mart is held in a old pub/Navy club, so there's a car park adjacent. I think that's what they're referring to.

I've had a look on the map this morning & seen the area - also that its just follow the road from holiday inn to the ring road & just pass the road end. But the website doesnt say if it £1 or £2 to get in? the Leeds one is £2 & the dealers dont have Transformers comic in while Sheffield was £1 to get in & does.

I've just now been told that this weekend is the Bank Holiday weekend for which I've already made prior commitments. So I'm afraid I will have to pull out.

I hope it's not raining much tomorrow - looks like its about 15 minute walk from holiday inn to where it is if the car park is full.

i got Marvel UK comics for 10p each at the comic mart. also heads up for those on the 12/8/11 - head to FP priory in Birmingham if your fan since Movies & get Titan trades for 50p each.

A stall at the front had a box full of Uk comics at 10p - i pickup cc#2 & action force 24-27 for my nephew. 50p.
