Yeah, it's pretty amazing stuff. I think we all know from having the chance to have spent time with the man at conventions over the years that this was a pretty singular reaction from Simon. The man is as cool as penguin's verucca. It takes a lot to rattle his cage. but anyone reading TLAH's nonsense over the months will agree it was well-deserved.
I hope people ask Simon to write 'You Asshole!' on their to-be-signed comics from now on.

LAH was a complete arse for 2 or 3 years on the club boards. He stalked one member and talked about stalking girls at his school amongst all sorts of other frankly disturbing stuff.
Had the "pleasure" of meeting him at Botcon 2 years ago, I don't know whats wrong with him, but he is messed in the head.
Good on Furman for calling him on it.

He sounds like a lonely mixed up kid by all accounts. He'll either pan out and become a nicer person o sadly get worse....He does sound - from reading some of his posts - like he has the God awful makings of a maniac....and we've seen what his type end up doing in News Reports....Nuff said.
On a lighter note, is he steryotypically fat, spotty and ugly?
Given the amount of 'reverence' he has for Furman I expect Furmans (rightfully justified) comment that he will probably 'hate the man' from now on....oh dear.

I'm a member of visibleinnards.org which is about Takara Henshin Cyborg, Shonen Cyborg, Denys Fishers UK Cyborg line and loads of knock offs, customs, modern Neo Henshin Cyborg and other stuff as well.... has a forum much like this, general chit chat, banter and lighthearted on the whole....I'm sure lots of you know Takara's Cyborg derived from G.I.JOE, became Microman, which led to Micro Change, which led to Diaclone and then Transformers....

I went to The Gaurdian boards once for a class assignment around the time of singer Stephen Gateleys passing. It was also when someone wrote an article that offended quite a few and had advertisers like M&S pulling the plug etc. It was mental. Never went back there again. BTW. We know Simon Furman does get angry - we never heard anything at DW. In Nov 04 at Bristol he didn't seem at all fussed & didnt let on he had not been paid for 6 months or so. But I've still not got Energon #24-30 or WW3 #1-3 signed by Simon yet.
