I just have to ask, does anyone believe that the world will end on Saturday like it supposedly says in the bible? here's a website that "explains" it all www.may21-2011.com/

You can never say never.... In the meantime I'll take the same attitude as Jesus did - getting on with life!

If I'm charged for Olympics tickets tomorrow and the world ends on Saturday, I'll be jolly peeved!

Prepare for the end! www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-13468131I especially enjoy this bit: 'Mr Camping has predicted an apocalypse once before, in 1994, though followers now say that only referred to an intermediary stage.' -Ralph

The Bible says the day and the hour is unknown for the end of the world (Matthew 24:36 - in fact the whole of Matthew 24 is what Jesus had to say on the subject). If someone's predicting it will end at a certain time then a trip to your local Turf Accountant is in order to have a few quid on it not happening.

I especially enjoy this bit: 'Mr Camping has predicted an apocalypse once before, in 1994, though followers now say that only referred to an intermediary stage.' I like this bit: An atheist and entrepreneur from North Hampshire, Bart Centre, is enjoying a boost in business for Eternal Earth-bound Pets, which he set up to look after the pets of those who believe they will be raptured.
He has more than 250 clients who are paying up to $135 (£83) to have their pets picked up and cared for after the rapture.
They would be disappointed twice, he told the Wall Street Journal. "Once because they weren't raptured and again because I don't do refunds."I was wondering what film to watch tonight. I think I might watch The Terminator.

Well, there were massive tornadoes in the States and a fresh volcanic eruption in Iceland. This guy may not be a prophet, but it's possible he might be a supervillain.

As he hasn't been since last week, perhaps he was actually the only person who was raptured.

No, he'd always said the 21st of October. The 21st of May was supposed to be just the start of the Apocalypse, the day of the Second Coming and the day that true believers would be taken up to heaven (Rapture); the 21st of October would then be the final Day of Judgement.

Well at least we get AA and DOTM before the rapture now lol I just wonder what excuse he'll give after October 21st when it doesn't happen again?
