They seem to be quite common in Poundlands at the moment, I can keep an eye out if mine restock them.

The problem I had with the re-issue was that the chest shield would not fully peg into place.

I read some other entries on the Redshirt blog and now feel like I've been touched inappropriately by someone who bites their fingernails.

How big are pegs on the individual guns? Big enough to fit into a standard 5mm fist hole? (the norm from Armada onwards). The Multiforce bots have pretty nice guns and I'll have more of an excuse to waste my money pick these up if I know I can easily distribute their weapons amongst the various needy gun-less bots in my collection.

The guns have a dual-size peg, unfortunately it is either too small or too large (I am guessing 4mm and 6mm). Also no Poundlands near me have any more in stock for the moment

Thecollector75 does some great vids. Just subscribed! I wonder if that Soundblaster takes cassettes. Liokaiser 8 minutes in is pretty interesting. I have that KO in both sizes but daren't unpackage them.

Hey chaps. While recently assailing our American cousins with my drawings and assertions that Marvel UK Comics Rool 4EVA, I bought myself a boxed, complete, unstickered (but with stickers INCLUDED) Dai-Atlas. For $35.
I love him. He's incredible. The box has seen better days, but a Dai-Atlas, complete with cardboard prison? Amazing!
However the Hub's own James Wilson The Wise spotted that this was a high-quality knock-off, the clue being in the serial number. I admit, I didn't really care! I'd never pay the going rate for a genuine Mr Atlas, and for a toy of his size, age and features, $35 was great!
So here are some knock-off related questions: Firstly, have Dai-Atlas Powered Master buddies, Sonic Bomber and Road Fire, been given similar treatment? Is there a way to own shelf-worthy renditions of these characters at a nice recession-busting price?
And secondly: In the spirit of having display-purpose renditions of hard-to-nab figures, is there a place, ahem...where one could exchange currency...cough, cough...for the recent banned-from-eBay Swoop tribute act?
Thanks Mother-Hubbers!

Awesome. The knock-off generally goes for more than that anyway, I'm told it is a very good one

He really is the muffin's stuffing. The gents at the stall seemed unsure of his price or worth and almost seemed to settle on a nominal amount for him. I'd pay more for him for sure. The only problem is that he's kicked off a desire to own his buddies. But at least I own the main man; If I'd nabbed a Road Fire and Sonic Bomber for the same price, I'd be inspired to spend full whack on a genuine Dai Atlas-san.

I don't believe there has ever been a Road Fire knockoff. The only Sonic Bomber I know of was red and white, and it didn't have the Micromaster

aren't you confusing it with the Brave Version (which I think did have the MM) or possibly a KO thereof.

Yes, I was missing a word, I was trying to talk about a Sonic Bomber KO

That Mickey Mouse TF is a bit of an oddity. Never seen anything like that before.

That is gobsmackingly bad. & potentially based on a brave toy. ... But how could anything based on a Brave toy be bad? That's unpossible.

As a warning, next year some high-quality KO Constructicons are being released. These are in the same vein as the Rumble/Frenzy cassette knockoffs - ie high priced (about $80 a set) limited releases. Pics are here: www.ioffer.com/i/Transformers-G1-Devastator-KO-Card-Version-Reissue-NEW-134244535The immediate difference seems to be lack of an assortment number on the cards, just watch out if you want to get some carded green ones!
