Busy week here:
Monday night: Worship team practice for wedding. I'm going cos it's always useful for the big events to have come to a complete understanding as to how many verses and what versions we're using.
Friday night: Wedding rehersal for which the projectionist's attendance has been requested.
Saturday: Wedding!

Ooops.
Phil has just sent the wrong Paypal address to Nick. I corrected it within 2 mins but I hope he hasn't sent me the money!

Well despite all the worry the rain actually held off until -- you guessed it -- immediately after my graduation ceremony. Literally immediately after. My family and I walked out of the building, loitered for maybe a few minutes after, and it started pissing cats and dogs. Thank goodness I'd already had my photos taken by then!

Two hours overtime today, ugh. Just the way it goes sometimes. I shall take the time back at the earliest opportunity!

Tough week at work and it's only Tuesday. Roll on the weekend and the amusement of watching Andu's mind melt before a wall of back issues once again.

Nine and a half hours sleep! Thank you Lord!
Though waking to find Jonathan had been rather ill overnight put a bit of a downer on it.

I've build a sling and windmill apparatus in order to harness Wriggler's wind. So far she's powered the entire house for three days! Baby wind could indeed be the renewable energy source of the future!

This week is just mental, work-wise. I'm literally running from thing to thing with little or no time for breaks at all. Roll on the weekend. Can't come soon enough. I need the triple threat of comics/writing/vodka urgently.
Here is an amusing anecdote, however. I was in a meeting about a thing* to do with a thing which was to do with a serious matter. At the end, a high powered health professional turned to me and completely out the blue and straight after a serious question asked me: "So, who is the best Doctor Who?". I had not mentioned Doctor Who, nor hinted at it, nor had any DW related clothing on. I must just radiate Artron Energy by now.

This week seems to be going a lot better for me than last week did, I feel a bit more on top of things than I did. That is a really nice feeling.
Now, if I could just get a decent nights sleep without waking up in the early hours of the morning all would be rosy....
On the bright side though, this weekend coming sees the East Fortune Air Show. A little more sedate than Waddington.... who am I kidding, there may be a bit less boom'an'zoom but The Blades are due to show and the show that they can put on with those piston-engined mounts of theirs is downright astounding. Very much something to look forward to this weekend.

Very odd week for me. Mums been in hospital for a week and just got home tonight. I've been back at Asda working with a lot of new people for the first time for a few years. A lot of what I wanted to get done I haven't managed but other things like tidying the house have been done. Now I just need to sort out money for AA.

Been an unusual week so far. Not really done much, been drawing, and drinking mostly. Trying to saty in and not move too much so as to maximise my financial position for Auto Assembly. Also: Possible romantic entanglements ahoy. True to form, it gets complicated before it begins... But shhh. It's a secret. And I did not think it possible to meet someone of legal drinking age who has not seen Labyrinth. This will be rectified at the earliest possibility!

Sorry, chaps, but I can't stand it! It is the opposite of my cup of tea, alas. Don't hurt me! It's my favourite film and has been for about twenty years. But I remember you don't like The Princess Bride either, so the shock of your confession isn't as severe as it might have been. Martin
