Well it's less than a week to go until Auto Assembly takes place, so it's about time we gave you a bit of an insight into what you can expect in this year's Cybertronian Times.
This year we will be providng you with more comic-book action and excitement than you've experienced before as we have an ALL-COMIC STRIP edition of Cybertronian Times.
Martin Fisher takes us back to the days of Dreamwave and the War Within era with a tale of Hot Rod going up against a deadly threat to the Autobots - Roadbuster?! Aided and abetted by an unlikely ally - Skywarp in Weapon Within. Mike Ackerman provides the art for this tale.
Ed Pirrie gives us a decidedly jam-packed tale in "Multi-Vs" as the Dinobot commander finds himself on a tour of the many Transformers realities- a whole slew of guest stars appear. Almost as many as the people who assisted Ed in his efforts. They are JOhn Paul Bove, Jason Cardy, Kris Carter, Hde, Alies Meerman, Kat Nicholson, Ben Pirrie, Graham Thomson and Andy Turnbull.
Cybertron: The Middle Years - takes us back to the Marvel UK days as we see more details of what happened in the aftermath of the Ark's departure, the rise of Trannis, the sacking of Iacon, the tentative steps out into space for what would become the Cybertronian Empire and the regime of Lord Straxus. Did I mention Impactor? Pretty sure I did. Written and illustrated by Ralph Burns and Andy Turnull.
All of this wrapped up in a super-sexy cover by Ed Pirrie and Andy T- harking back to the Transformers: The Movie UK poster magazine. which you can see here -
