Oh frakkin hell that is awesome. Generations has to be the best sub line ever.
Anyone else think Generations is Hasbros answer to FP recent output. Detail, articualtion and fan favourite type homageness seems to have really been upped.

Well if you don't like that it's a safe bet theres a Junkion repaint down the line with a different head.
Your description is spot on by the way I just think that it suits the character.

I'm rather blase on a lot of these figures I'm afraid  I don't really like Skullgrin's head, I was expecting something more 'Skullgrinny', WFC bores me, Thunderwing is awesome but I'd much prefer one in the Marvel comic colour scheme, ie greeny. I've always been meh over Windcharger, but I can see how he would excite a Minibot fan, don't like Mindset and Outback because they are too movie-styled and the PCC guys range from cool to 'eeeh' Jazz looks incredible though. He's a must buy for me. My first Transformer back in the day! |

OMG Jazz looks amazing! Oh baby! Tracks and Windcharger too. Yeah not sure about the Dinobots PCCs yet, like them, but the hole PCC line as left me feeling disinterested so far. Where's Trailbreaker? Not that weird motorbike one? And could Mindset be BLOT?!?!

Cliffjumper's a very fetching shade, and it's nice to see him get a new head sculpt at last, poor bugger. The rest look pretty groovy all round- if I have one criticism it's that Thunderwing is too close to his original portrayal, and I can't help but think there must have been some way to streamline his jet mode a bit more without breaking the budget. The shoulders sticking out under the wings mean that it'll look like a robot with a jet on its back from any angle, unlike most jet TFs who can at least get away with it from above.

Ian: Trailbreaker - and the New G2 Op - has only been shown so far in the club magazine. Hasbro is not happy with anyone who's reproduced images from that. So unless you can find somewhere that they're reproduced.....
Trailbreaker looks like an elongated version of the vehicle mode, but the robot mode isn't too bad if a little blocky
G2 Op looks like G2 Op with a black truck mode with a little red at the front albeit a little thinner of limb in robot mode and with an orange sword which gives the robot a vague Movie Prime look. Repaints are endless: all red Prime, black Nemesis Prime/Scourge, Laser Ultra Magnus and white Ultra Magnus.
There's also better quality pics of Perceptor, whose robot mode looks a bit like the Wreckers version, and Scourge, who now it can be seen clearly, looks like a stealth plane in shape.
