Where is the theory of a merged line coming from?

I think its because all the deluxes from the later waves are coming up in a single listing on Walmarts computers. And the release date of early next year would be right around the time TF3 toys will be out.

That's one thing. Have a look at the photos Here. They look like official wave photos. The next Generations Wave (Skullgrin, Cliffjumper and Thunderwing) are together but the wave after, Tracks & Jazz, seem to be sharing space with Mindset and Fallback. Kapow toys have been sent info on Reveal The Shield which seems to tie in with rubsigns returning on this wave and the one Windcharger is part of, which also contains a new Generations toy and a HFTD Repaint (Chopsaw, a repaint of Brimstone) Factor in a lack of announced HFTD toys vs a mass of Generations style ones and I think you have enough to conclude that the lines will be merged unde the new Reveal The Shield banner. |

This from online retailer Toyz and Gamez: 'Ok, got a reply today from my rep at Hasbro. Wave 2 is definately coming to the UK, and 6000 pieces were arriving in their depot today, they are going to confirm which wave it is to me later(more wave1 or wave 2). There's some posts in the 2005 Boards UK Sightings Thread that indicate Generations Wave *3* (Red Alert, WFC Soundwave) might be incoming to the UK shortly. |
