If a new comic comes out - should the main reason for the new title be due to the character or the people working on the comic.
1980's late I think about 86? - X-factor #1 due to characters. I don't think this was creator driven.
1990 - Spiderman set up so Todd has his own Spiderman comic to work on.
1991 - Chris & Jim given X-men book
1996 - Heroes Reborn - this was slightly creator driven with the whole tie in to Onsluaght & giving Jim & Rob the 4 comics - given Jim all of them after 6 months.
