For another Blessed in Quiet Actor Mode see The Ghost Who Saved The Bank at Monte Christo. I've never seen any of his Z-Cars made before this, so this is my earliest encounter with him. About five years after that is I Claudius
He's relatively restrained for most of Space 1999: Death's Other Dominion but there are points during that where Brian Blessed The Actor becomes Brian Blessed The Force Of Nature.
From memory his 2nd Space 1999 is even more barking.
Then Flash Gordon happens.

In the Brighton Coffee Shop 'Marwood', (lovely place, one of my favourite places to go for an espresso whenever I'm back home), they have a shrine to Brian Blessed.

Get iPlayer is phenomenally useful for keeping a local copy of anything with an iPlayer URL. Very handy for old fashioned recording of programmes to keep and watch/listen as time permits, as opposed to thinking 'oh yeah, I wanted to watch that' and finding it isn't on iPlayer any more. github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer_win32/releases/tag/3.17.0 |

What do you use to download it? I just press the download button on the BBC radio Player for programmes. They stay for 30 days before auto deleting. -Ralph |
