It's almost a tragedy Zardoz didn't get a comic adaptation.
That said, who would draw it?
In a perfect world, it'd probably be drawn by an early Mike McMahon or a Kevin O'Neil, but this was the 70s, so it'd probably be a Marvel Super Special... Hmm... well, I know what's going to plague my mind at work today.

What Zardoz needs now is a 22 episode TV adaption. Imagine it... Actually having time to explore the characters of Zed, Friend, Consuella and May as Zed struggles to find answers to the mystery of the Vortex.
Season 2 could explore Zed and Consuella's life in the cave and how they now survive in the Outlands.

No, no, you're not taking into account the US Network love of decompression when adapting films or books to TV or Netflix.
Season One is just going to be Zed's various schemes of sneaking into Zardoz.
Season Two is then the rest of the film.
