I saw the Playmobil packs a while ago. I like the idea that they do blue packets for boys and pink for girls.

I don't have any issues with the Zwarte Piet character myself, just the daft and mocking portrayal I've seen from photos of Dutch Christmas parades. Some are trying to get this guy banned from Christmas celebrations altogether. I got a dutch speaking pal who helped with the acquisition and being brought direct from Holland as my dutch speaking is rather errr 'double'. |

Blaise has a Playmobil Easter Calendar which she is allowed tomorrow. It has a 10-Day countdown til Easter Sunday with a figure behind each door. Not sure why 10 Days, or why there is even an Easter Advent Calendar, but something new all the same.

Yeah, I think if they'd been released just a couple of years earlier there would be loads of it in our flat. Daughter is a fan of the original comics, but has outgrown Playmobil.
