Just checking print dates for #4,7,10-19 then #20-27 when it wasn't numbered. I know #27 was 1994.
Looked for covers - but was it titled Collected comics from #1?
I've found image gallery - so title collected comics from #2-19. if need other information will post here - i can get price details from the covers.

Collected comics #19 has a copywrite of 1991 in the front cover. I'm presuming that's its print date?

It's either auturm or wintre 1991 - but just check cover price & page count.

Just going when the cover has been printed. #2 the cover did not relate to the inner comic while it does more relate to Man of Iron - so could it have made any impact on the story & characters used for the story?

The two stones at the base are rather contributory to the imagery.
Rockets launching has been traditionally used in euphemistic imagery though
