From what I can gather online from Botcon reports, looks like the creative team is Barber & Roberts on writing, Roche on art. I hope this is not garbled reporting but if accurate...SOLD!

Can someone explain to me the #125 part of this please? Is this issue 125 of the ongoing series as the current run of this is only at #20 or is this a new series called #125?

The ongoing series from IDW is renumbered as #125 at the end of the year. Further details remain unclear at the moment.

King of the Elephants.
Joe Barber is the guy who wrote the Sector 7 miniseries and the Dark of The Moon prequels.

King of the Elephants. Joe Barber is the guy who wrote the Sector 7 miniseries and the Dark of The Moon prequels. Ahh. Most satisfactory in that case.

King of the Elephants. Joe Barber is the guy who wrote the Sector 7 miniseries and the Dark of The Moon prequels. John Barber wrote those comics, this Joe Barber must be trying to steal his identity!! Andy

Perhaps Joe Barber is his counterpart from the Dead Universe, in league with his elephantine followers.

Because I wonder about silly stuff like this...
Have IDW given a numbered list of the other 124 issues? I know what is included to make up the 124, but what issue is say #42 or #100?

Are they actually using other published comics to make up the numbering then? Because I had wondered if they were going to do some sort of Giffen-esque time-jump and have the opening page tell us it was "x years later" and renumber so as to bring home the idea that time has passed. But that is probably me overthinking it. Karl

As I understand it, the 124 are made up of all the previous IDW-verse comics bar Infestation and the Avengers crossover.

Writing at its best! And my kind of word-to-page ratio.
When's it out?
Edit: There, I've ordered both covers for #22 and #23 from Steve B. Sorted.

Is Ironhide's "head in a jar" quote a reference to Weird Without End's star Straxus?

Awww, Xaaron's line "there's a workshop on Kimia going spare" I'm guessing that's a reference to Ironfist

Good stuff. Issue#22 duly ordered this lunchtime. Quite liked what I saw of the preview - looking forward to the issue's arrival in due course.

December for #125, this week for #22! I think we're getting #22 and #125 mixed up here.
