As I mentioned when the first details of Regeneration One appeared, I don't like the idea of a conclusive end to the series, which is what we're going to get.
At the time, I considered it an ending of sorts and have had nearly twenty years of thinking of it in that way. (Yes, I know there was G2.) Plus, I like an open ending. Not everything needs to finish all neatly tied up. A good open ending allows you to speculate and ponder.
So, over the last few days, although it's a long way off, I've been toying with the idea of not buying the final issue of Regeneration One when it arrives. Unfortunately, I'm rather a completist collector, so I might have to buy it and then not actually read it.
