2.4/2.5- Operation: Bumblebee

two part episode, no one's mentioned or started one for either. Thought I'd combine both.

Part 1:
Not much for me to say. Seemed pretty typical Prime writing. And by that, completely unmemorable. Nothing stood out, and I barily remember much of anything that happened in it.
Like the new direction for Starscream they're setting up, but then Starscream is one of the few things they seem to do well.

Part 2:
Much better! Part 2 is much more in line with Orion Pax part 1.
Better characterization, better script and dialogue.
And obscure Beast Wars referrence FTW!

Would have been cool to see how that copter bot would have turned out.

Yep. Nice to see, and nice change of pace.

Mech is one of the few elemnts to the show that the storyline actually progresses. I have a feeling next time they turn up, we'll see a swarm of them. Or at least one. (I have a feeling they won't put them in combat against a TF though, unless they can outnumber the transformer)

I enjoyed both but seeing Marty Isenbergs name as writer on part one maybe made me expect more than I should have. Still preferred it to Orion Pax which was just a little off or me.

The Beast Wars reference was the single best line in Primes entire run.
