With the line getting a release in Japan with new names [mainly EX number then team name]. Do you think Japan would end up having the line lasting longer than UK release?

I think with how in Japan they are able to come up with their own stuff, I expect we would see about 5 more sets of each repainted then a series of extra limbs. So would expect Japan line to last longer. But i've not voted. It'll be guessing what new things they could do.

The Japanese line will be shorter: they'll loose some of the repaints.

I think they're going to repaint the hell out of the drones/limbs. IF they don't start supplimenting new material to the line, their new oddball arms mircons campaign that makes absolutely no sense.

I'm guessing on a black Dinobot repaint set.
With the Protectobot set they could do - unaltered original set, G2 set, Micromaster rescue patrol set. Also the Micro battle patrol set coudl be done & air strike with other sets.

If the minicons weren't so inflexible, it could have led to one of those blindpacked lines. No-one wants to be stuck with a set of four legs though.

Repaints they could do - from the planned EX03 - EX07 keeping the same limbs.
Destructicons - off road patrol, Cybertron dirtboss ?
Dinobots - BM Dinobots repaints. Flame assault Dinobots, Ice warrior dinobots,
Rallybots - race car patrol, sports car patrol, hot rod patrol,
Destrons - mix air strike with the combiner micromaster transporter decepitcon characters
Constructicons - Do all the G1 constructicons green/yellow/orange/purple, then Movie ROTF.

I think they'd do the BW Neo predacons before they did the BM Dinobots.

Must own that Combat Hero Prime giftset. Most of those PCC releases look to be only marginal improvements - I don't like the red Doubleclutch, Mudslinger looks okay. I quite like the look of Sledge, and Skyhammer recast as an Autobot, but maybe not enough to import. Some of these are still Hasbro stock photography aren't they? I'd be surprised if Steamhammer doesn't get a unified colour scheme. Hope they get some chroming on the Dinobots. There are some beautiful things in there. I really like what they've done with Heavytread and Undertow. Autobot Skyhammer is nice, but the Sledge redeco isn't quite doing it for me. If someone wanted to split that pack I might be tempted to pre-order, but these things are kind of expensive.
So we still haven't seen their plans for Huffer, Smoulder and Leadfoot. Wonder if one of them will get the chop as the odd one out or one or all three will be some kind of store exclusive.

I just took that as Autobot Crankcase rather than their plan for individual Huffer / Caliburst. These faction-swapping repaints are a source of wonder and confusion!

I don't think the black Huffer 5-pack we're seeing is necessarily all they'll do with that mould as it's basically the same as the Crankcase 5-pack with a tweaked deco and a faction-swap - which is why I think this is what they've done with "our" Crankcase and I'd be surprised if they didn't do something with "our" Huffer (the 2-pack release with Caliburst), if you see what I mean.
Doesn't have to be Huffer, of course - I'd settle for a Powertrain or Ironworks homage.

Happily, the only thing that appeals to me (Until we see what they do with Leadfoot and Grinstone at least), is the G2 Brawl decoed Heavytread! I can easily pass on all else.
