How will you be initially watching DOTM?

Forgive my ignorance, but would you have to wear those horrible glasses inorder to watch it in 3D?

Yes, I believe that glasses are involved in the 3D viewing.

There is still no way to watch 3D without glasses. Or have the picture be as bright as 2D showings.

Probably in 3D, don't really think it needs to be in 3D though. I can confidently say this months in advance with no real knowledge of what the plot to the film is.

I'll try to see it at the IMAX in 3D. They have comically huge 3D glasses that fit over my normal glasses quite nicely.

I'll be watching it in 2D at my recently opened local cinema, then if they have it available there, I'll see it in 3D as well another day (i'll have to see it a couple times for my website anyway, though my memory is pretty good, so 2 visits might be enough, especially if I bring a notepad with me the second time) Plus if it's like what happened with ROTF, the AA team might get us a special screening on the Friday of the convention anyway

Nice to hear of a newly opened cinema, what with the ghost town of closed businesses my local town is.

Saw it once in 2D. I have a cinema pass and may see it again before it leaves theatres though I have not felt the urge as yet. It may be a watch-once film for me. It was entertainingly nuts for one viewing but I doubt it will repeat well for me due to the right-wingness of it.

My local only had it in 3D, so despite my pref for 2D I had no choice but to buy the glasses. It was ok in 3D, didn't 'WOW' me as I thought it might. I'd like to see it again in 2D.
