I've not done this as a poll because the currently printed comics could introduce new characters & Hasbro might go & make a toy of a character on the list.
But from the characters who have only appeared in the comic & so far have not had a toy - which is best?
So Jhiaxus doesn't count - we have had a toy with that name but not a toy of the G2 featured character, so you might say that was not a toy of him. But what about Flame - there was the Uk released Flame toy.
But one that can be on the list are Impactor, Emirate Xaaron, Rung, Mega death

Agree there with Xaaron!
On a personal note have always liked Scrounge too.
A lot of people would want Impactor I guess.

I like Impactor, but Xaaron is the more interesting of the two. An Autobot who pretty much thinks like a Decepticon a lot of the time.

...& we have never seen him Transform, not even in IDW. Also from those 3 he is the one not done in a 3rd party toy - seen the Impactor one & sure someone did Scrounge. I don't expect Hasbro would ever do a toy of him because of the name on the box. I know they have Autobot Jazz o packs but that is due to not being allowed to just pring Jazz on the pack. I expect the bosses at Hasbro would do a Lord ... {whichever Decepticon you want to pick} before Emirate Xaaron appears on packaging. It's a sort of comic fan name not something you see on toys which are named weird stuff.
If they did a Xaaron toy - it'll end up being called General Iacon. leaving the toys for repaint for Botcon Wreckers set maybe with correct name?

A huge Spanner toy that transforms into a huge spacebridge was always something I wanted back in the day.
Also - RUNG! (Not been mentioned yet).

I think his name was Wheezel. Appropriate.
Can you imagine a Wheezel toy? Transforms from burnt-out hatchback to shambling alcoholic and back!
Xaaron's okay, but I always liked Jhiaxus and his torment as his veneer of civility slides away as the war progresses.
EDIT: He counts for me. So there.

I am torn between Xaaron and Impactor, however the question does not specify that it has to be a Transformer, so until his toy is released I'm thinking Death's Head, yes?
I would like a toy of Triton, with swappable faction symbol.
Also - what Flame toy?

Technically there has been a Jhiaxus toy (and another one that looked quite like him)... If he was eligible he would have been a shoein for my runner-up.
Most interesting character would have to go to Xaaron - a canny political operator, and one who understood some of the realities of guerilla warfare in a way that noble Optimus probably never would. Personal favourite comics-only character might actually be Scrounge. Brave, determined to prove himself, completely unsuited to the realities of life on a Decepticon-ruled Cybertron... But Xaaron is a better engine for generating stories so he wins out by a fingers breadth
Spanner was a contender as well, except for the fact that what really stands out about him to me is less his character and more his fate - the body-horror of being forced into a form that will plunge through non-space, with his sanity steadily decaying from his experiences... It is actually quite a dark story element and certainly has imprinted itself and its victim on my memory.

Professor Susan Hoffman and Cindy.
But, yeah from the big ole bots Xaaron, Scrounge and Impactor are the guys who worked best for me.

The Piano guy from Target 2006! Seriously, would love to have a Transformer piano! I so much wanted one of those as a kid. The way he was drawn he looked like he'd been adapted from a toy and for a while I thought he might have been. Don't know why I used the past tense - I would still love one of those!

An whole set of robot heroes figures - or at least a poster could be done up featuring Maccadam old oil house staff - remembering the boucher from #240 too.

Are there any toys currently released that could make a good Xaaron, Impactor [not looking at the fan made one]. I think Darkmount could be used.

I've always seen Exaaron as a similar design to Megatron - especially in the chest area.
This was even more evident in the UK stories when Megs was coloured gold. Xaarons head is even a bit like Meg's earlier design.

So basically Xaaron is based on Browning? Now that you mention it the heads are pretty similar.

Yup. Xaaron looks to very similar to Megatron especially when drawn by John Stokes.
