Lovely as ever Pete, but I think the lettering isn't as good as the strip should have. It looks like you are lettering in a bitmap program, so there is some slight pixellation. I am a huge lettering snob and I apologise for that. Lettering in illustrator would make it look much crisper and you can get legit (albeit older versions of adobe stuff free now) see this thread here for details: tmukhub.proboards.com/thread/7091/adobe-softwareKeep them coming though. Is there a free lettering app for android that you'd recommend? The illustrator app looks to cost something :-)

I've honestly no idea if there is one. As much as I do a lot of my drawing on my tablet now, I still find lettering on a computer to be much easier.

Well, I don't use a computer any more... except to insert hyperlinks on the admin panel of my website (the one and only thing my tablet can't do). The comics are made on my tablet, and I use Picsay app for lettering. But maybe there's something better out there, so I'll fish around Thanks for the advice :-)

I really like the look, is it all photographed against drawings and print out or is some of it blue screen type effects? I can't decide with some of the space shots.

Thanks. I have drawn and colored all the backgrounds by hand. The space station I drew, cut out, and taped to black construction paper. I tuen use picsart for photo editing and effects. It's wonderfully fun because I used to draw lots of background for Transformers stop action films I made as a kid back in the 90s :-) This comic really gives the inner little me a sense of nostalgia.
I was kind of going for a kid cartoon aesthetic.

I would like to write "the plot thickens", but in the spirit of the Budiansky Marvel comic, this is being made up as things go along... dyrl.pl/detale.html?id=1562

Ok, this time I can write "the plot thickens" because I've managed to weave this story together. Next episode will end Disintergration and end the multi-part stories in favor of simple one shot stories... Also, I don't think my tablet art backgrounds are very good. I screwed up a little here, because I reduced the size of the poctures before painting, which gave me too little magnification and subsequently too little detail. If I fix this next time, I'll be most happy Story here dyrl.pl/detale.html?id=1579

dyrl.pl/detale.html?id=1581The conclusion to Disintergration, and to the "Origin of the Multivse" saga! I am MUCH happier with how the art came out in this issue. As you will notice, I increased the format, because I think it serves the comic well to make the robots look bigger and crisper - why not use the whole screen, even if you have to shift the screen cursor to the right...big deal... Anyways...I'm not 100% sure about it, I could reduce it...but...why? Why not have everything more visible? it's not a paper comic book that's going to be printed or something... anyways - the comic will continue, but these first 22 issues are what "establishes" the whole backdrop for the action - future issues will take place "in universe" but have a more coherent feel...

Finally, after some false-starts and mistakes, I think I've generally gotten the hang of painting backgrounds in my samsung tablet on the PicsArt app and am now in the process of working on the next installment of the "Pete's Super Robots" saga. Here's a little teaser - the cover to issue #23:

Tears of Time, A Sign of Zeta, is finally online: www.dyrl.pl/detale.html?id=1586I really like how this one came out. I think I have succeeded in getting the hang of painting on Samsung's Tablets :-)

The next issue of Pete's Super Robots is online. It's not a continuation of Tears of Time, which will continue later, but rather, it is a paralel story Link: dyrl.pl/detale.html?id=1637Pete
