Many of us are on the roads, rails and planes the next few days. Post tales of your Nick related difficulties here.

Me I'm sitting this one out and will be in command here while the rest of you suffer at the hands of the travel & weather chaos god.

After the utter hell Marc and I went through on our way back from BotCon, I can really do without any hiccups travelling to and from AA. Early 6am start tomorrow morning to get the bus to the airport. Hope to be able to tell everyone that we've had a totally uneventful trip when we arrive tomorrow afternoon.

You know, I thought when I got sick of denying that the transport chaos I have personally experienced was somehow my own fault and decided to go along with the gag, I thought it would eventually peter out and be forgotten. Instead it has escalated to the point where I am now exclusively responsible for the destinies of everyone on TMUK and all the weather patterns of Britain. This seems unfair.
I'm not denying it- I'm just saying it's a bit harsh.

He may be the Central Hub of Chaos but be fair, he doesn't do it maliciously. Right..?

I worry that Fate is storing up a double dose of chaos for their return journeys!

From the file marked "it was bound to happen", Marc and I were stuck in Birmingham airport for an extra five hours today when our flight was rescheduled. When we eventually arrived in Belfast we had to wait another hour for the Airporter bus to take us back to Derry. Thankfully for Marc, he only had another few minutes to get home but I had another 30 minute car journey before I could crash out.
Ah, well!

I thought I had it contained. Will we never be free?

Not while you live.
Every so often Bruce Banner thinks he has tamed/contained the Hulk. And then.......
You're the same. Containment this weekend, Tony & Marc excepting, is a very bad sign for the near future......
Now who's travelling later in the week......

I am only going back and forth to work, but if the transport system is going to grind to a halt hopefully it will do it for the outward leg, so that I can wander back home and read books until it subsides....

Nick has been temporarily stranded in New York. The travel disasters are obviously not tied to AA as we thought, but the date, seeing as AA was a week early this year and would normally have been this weekend.
