This is my first post, having been a lurker for a while now. As the first part of my Transformers cull I've decided to shift two of my most valuable Megatrons: A Masterpiece and a United (Mp-5 and UN-09) respectively. I tried to shift them on eBay (where my user name is komi_jericho) but the Policy Police shut me down. The fact that the Masterpiece is oversized and United is undersized means they're not replicas and don't contravene the VCR act.... but the argument still rages on. Hopefully, I won't need the bunch of money-grabbing swines anyway and someone on here will show some interest. Both have been opened but are in excellent condition. I bought the Masterpiece from the Xyber Toys stall at Auto Assembly a few weeks ago and the United from yahobby.com when it was released. They are both boxed and complete. The reason for sale is simply that I overstretched my budget at Auto Assembly and need to recover some costs. With eBay now stopping all sales of these items, the avenues through which I can sell them (and you can buy them) are limited. Prices, as listed on eBay but slightly discounted to due to not having to pay a 10% seller's fee: Takara Tomy Masterpiece Megatron (MP-5) - £90 £80 posted. Takara Tomy United Megatron (UN-09) - £35 £30 posted. Pics: If there are any questions or you'd like some more pics, then please reply on here or mail me directly.

Cheers for the warm reception guys. I hope to contribute slightly more than just putting ads up... (although I'm getting rid of a lot of my lose G1 stuff too so expect a few more).

Interested in United Megatron, but not happy with the price as it's been opened. Although looking at the pic, he still has twisty ties around his leg and arms? Has he actually been removed from the plastic?

Hi Stomski. Yes. He has. Opened, completely removed from the packaging, photographed, displayed in good conditions for about a month and then stored again in the box. I never intended to sell him, truth be told - I actually buy my toys with the intention of playing with them. ;D I'll get some more photos up showing the exact condition and you can decide if you're still interested?

Here's a few details of the condition of the box. I can honestly say it's as good as you're going to find in a used condition (which is what I'm selling this as). For an item that's quite hard to find and seems to go for about £50, I figured £35 was reasonable for a B1 condition item... photobucket.com/sifu_un-09If you were hoping that it could be returned to A1 then sadly the tape on the internal cardboard mount will scupper that. Thanks for the interest though...
