A little out of scale (Spike compared to Prime's chest windows) and I'm not sure what Prime is looking at? But has a good dramatic feel.

The one thing I would say is it looks like Sparkplug is wearing a onesie, there is no line around the waist to signify trousers.

A onesie? It's overalls! (With a tight crotch by the looks of things, that's some serious ass-cameltoe going on there).
Although I said I wasn't sure what Prime was looking at, I'm not sure this is a bad thing. To me it's almost as if Prime has just transformed and jumped in to action without seeing Witwicky and landing just in front of him focused on the problem at hand. Meanwhile Witwicky looks on in awe. Next panel - Prime looking down and being all "Hrm, nearly crushed the local sentient being, we had best be careful if the Decepticons choose to continue our war here" and Witwicky is all "BUHHH... WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!". Prime then looks down and apologises taking him to safety ordering Jazz to take point.
The fact that I can formulate such a story is a testament to the picture's quality.
