Personally I think anything written by Jerry Ordway is top quality Captain Marvel (I'm talking DC/Fawcett character because I don't like the Marvel one in the slightest). Not sure if they have many trades of that.
The Kingdom Come incarnation is also pretty notable for shouting Shazam about as repeatedly as you have....
Interesting fact - due to a radio serial Shazam was almost certainly more popular than Superman for a while before losing a court battle regarding infringing character traits from Superman.

Yes I love Kingdom Come with all its 'Shazams!'. Very dramatic ending. Blew me away.

Jeff Smith's recent nod to The Monster Society of Evil is worth getting. As Marc says the Jerry Ordway stuff is also good.
Anything else I'd be inclined to avoid like the plague.
