Don't do it, they really are very crap figures! I already have a set, I was thinking of getting another for the kitbashing purposes. I like 'em, the vehicle modes are terrible, but I like their robot and Safeguard modes.

Stealth Force Prime has turned up in Sainsburys. £14.99 (I could swear Argos want £30 for it, unless there are 2 different ones?). I had fun pressing the buttons and having Peter Cullen shout at me and the weapons deploying automatically! I was so surprised I dropped the sour cream I was holding, which exploded. I let the nearest member of staff know so a kiddy wouldn't slip on the mess.
What amazing tat. I will buy one when hee-hawed one day.

£14.99? Wow. I shall have to get one myself at that price. I was stunned when I saw the price in Argos - which I think was more like £40 - as I was completely taken with this when I saw it at Toy Fair, but it's not worth such a high price.
Edit. No, I must have been wrong. A quick Google shows a typical price at the higher end of £25-£30. (Still not worth that.) I shall have to get to Sainsbury's one evening this week.

I see. Well if the shelf-tag is a mistake then I suggest those interested try a Sainsburys before the price is corrected! I wonder if the mysterious 'Transformers diego garcia £26.99' shelf-tag is also meant to be that toy and there has been an error?
For what it is*, £15 seems reasonable, but I wouldn't say it's worth much more.
-Ralph
*It's a neat toy, so long as you don't consider it as part of the standard Transformers range

Apparently MP Grimlock has been sighted in TRU...... £59.99. However he's also In Stock at TRU.co.uk and qualifies for free delivery. That's £60 gone this morning.

Saw it in store today, despite having no money and already having the Takara release I nearly caved. Thats how much I want that stupid crown.
Still only had the two thrusts, despite myself, I want Drift. Thrust can wait.

RE: MP Grimlock. Don't think it's worth £60 and out of current reach price-wise anyway so I will wait. I'd pay £40, maybe £50 at a push if I was flush and/or hee-hawed.

No idea. Haven't had a drink since Auto Assembly!
I just have a drink whenever. I don't feel the need to drink every week and quite easily take breaks from it. And when I'm on a tighter budget, I prioritise cash for other things.

It will almost certainly get reduced sometime over the Christmas period, if only for a week or two, if past experience is any indication. Expensive stuff apart from Lego and Scalextric always gets a few quid knocked off to bring in the punters who go specifically for it and fill a trolley while they're there. -Nick

I wonder if the mysterious 'Transformers diego garcia £26.99' shelf-tag is also meant to be that toy and there has been an error? The mystery was revealed today. It's a box featuring a couple of recoloured ROTF Scouts, Legends Ravage and 3 small immobile army dude figurines. Very expensive for what you get. -Ralph

I'm there like a shot when it hits half price.

Oh, half the price it would be great value. But £27? Jog on, especially as PPC, HFTD and Generations are slowly sliding on to UK toy shelves.
'Ravage Infiltration' is a great filthy name though.

I finally saw my first Stealth Force figure, the Prime one, in Birmingham Entertainer while waiting for the train. The auto-transforming is neat, but not £30 neat, crikey! Maybe £10 neat at a push.
I agree that it needs a repaint as MASK's Rhino though. I might even punt for it then!

Mmmm, then perhaps the Sainsbury's £15 price is 'wrong' after all!
At a tenner, I'd go for one.

Matalan in Glasgow has a varied selection of Animated deluxes in - Elite Guard BB, Sentinel Prime, Jazz, Prowl and Swoop, plus the Jetstorm 2-pack.
And FP Glasgow has Banzai-Tron, Sea-Spray and Payload in, all at £22:99, as well as well as the second wave of PCC 5-packs.

Tescos Swindon: HFTD Leaders, Voyagers & wave 1 dlx. PCC 2-packs wave 2 and 5-packs wave 1. Stealth Force singles - Hound etc.
Matalan Swindon: More of the 6.49 dlx: Sentinal Prime, Elite Guard BB (did that come out here initially?) Prowl, Swoop, Blackarachnia & Cybertron Mode Prime + Jetfire/Jetstorm 2 pack.
