I think it was a pound or two more when I ordered mine, it's almost worrying to imagine how many of them they must have that they are lowering the prices on them. They do have Megatrons and plane chap but they probably dont sell as well so they are stocking the Hotpots more.
I'm probably going to grab a second as the more Prime like head will make a much better head for Botcon Pyro than Infernos does.(just to support Phils Hotspot=Prime theory)
I think they hold packages for a few weeks, but you can probably call them and ask that they hold it longer or have it redirected. (you can always get the number of your local collection office and call while your away if you have too) Or I saw a while back that they have some kind of holding service, you do have to pay but they hold all mail while you are away. It might be worth it for a Brave Max

Amazon black Friday lightning sales are back and G1 Predaking reissue is up in about 4 hours of posting this.
Should be a pretty big discount based on last year. I'm hoping under $60.

$79.99. Call it 50 quid. Not bad for the size of the thing!

I got one in my cart but decided to pass. Last year I got Jetwing first time around and then further sales lowered the price. At $80 I'll take the risk this time.

Also worth keeping an eye on Gen Hoist and Thundercracker and their case mates. Amazon price is currently $13 but it keeps dropping to $9. Either way if you buy any 4 of them even with customs and postage they work out around £10-12 each.

I got BH Shockwave from amazon.com for that price last month. They have Generations Springer, Sandstorm and FoC Blaster even cheaper. I really don't understand why Shockwave hasn't come out here. It must be a logistical thing given he appeared to be the only new figure in that wave. Size-wise he is on a par with BH Optimus, the biggest of the voyagers in that range, and without the silly red claw things attached is a very respectable figure. Like him a lot; in the context of the Prime toy line one of the best imho.
Am tempted by Ruination for that price. I don't have those molds at all and like the Wreckers idea. I regretted not getting the set for £75 from Kapow when they had them, but I just keep getting put off by the almost universal negativity about those toys. No one seems to like them. Are they worth having for £85?

I think the moulds are fantastic on balance. I know I would have had far more fun with them as a kid than I would have had from the overly complicated WFC moulds. But I also know the WFC and other older classics/generations toys look better feel more solid etc.
But with the Wreckers they nailed the headsculpts, added extra weapons and they fulfil Rotorstorms dream of combining.
Having said that £85 is a lot.

I've had a shot of the Wreckers versions of the moulds and quite enjoyed them, but in no way would I pay £85 for them. Nice as they are, they are too simple for a price above UK retail (which is still pushing it in my opinion).

Do not get this at all. Toys R Us of the .co.uk variety have Year of the Horse Optimus and Starscream on their listings (£125 and £110) but not yet available.
Of all of the toys currently out/imminent in the US I would not have picked those two as being contenders for a UK release. Soundwave must have sold well. I take it the platinum line isn't a BBTS/Amazon shared exclusive anymore?
