Love the Now Show podcast, especially the sport guy, whose name escapes me, but who's also on 7 Day Sunday. The news quiz is okay, but hate Sue what's her face. _the king of podcasts (the way I listen to most radio other than Lamaq on 6 music) is Mark Kermode's film review - absolute genius.

Would that be Andy Zaltzman you are referring to. If so, I recommend his and John Oliver's podcast The Bugle - an audio newspaper for a visual world.
I do enjoy the Kermode and Mayo film reviews podcast as well.

This week's Now Show has the long awaited return of Marcus Bristocke & his rant!

It was pretty funny, although I think the Now Show has missed Marcus Brigstocke.

Aha. Last time out that was worth listening to. Unlike the actual Now Show these days.
But I still do, because, y'know.

Didn't think the Vote Now series was as punchy as last time around.
Thought the John Holmes sections were particularly weak.

Probably for the best. Punt and Dennis are always worth a listen but the show itself is well past its prime. Something fresh sounds more appealing.

It hadn't been the same since Marcus Brigstocke stopped appearing regularly and certainly not since Mitch Been & John Holmes went.
But I've loved Steve & Hugh's work since Carrot Confidential, always good value

Some things just run their course, but I agree, I kind of drifted once Brigstocke stopped being a fixture.

That's tonight's ep - number 4. Ep one had Marcus Brigstocke, ep two had Mitch Benn.
