Could they do Trailbreaker/Hoist from Kup?
Like Scourge a lot. Much better jet mode than the original.

From Kup you could get Hoist/Trailbreaker. The latter could happen. Hound and Jazz had legends class figures as well as deluxes.

To my mind, the Movie VS pack Hoist is tops and does not need a further update. Your mileage on this may vary.

That was a good one though I passed because I wasn't paying £20 for a deluxe (I refuse to consider the heap of crap it came with!).

Not saying this to court controversy, but I don't mind G2 Prime. Don't like him enough to get him or anything, but I wouldn't say he was an abomination.
I'd like a lil' Scourge to stand next to my lil' Cyclonus.

I like the G2 Prime. I think it's a decent hook toy to draw in the Movie loving kids. And it's right arm might move properly.

I'm still reeling from the theft of RiD Spychanger Scourge from my desk a few years ago. It's a pain that never really goes away.

I can only assume its because Hasbro took a very G2 toy and applied the current movie-ish aesthetic to it and its bugging people. I think it looks a bit odd, but an interesting odd.
really it seems like a clever way to include another Movie Prime amongst all the G1 homaging.

That photo of Prime isn't flattering. Hopefully the toy in person will be a lot better and hopefully minus the Energon colour scheme. Frenzy and Rumble Where'd they come from? ===KEN

I think G2 Prime looks Fab! Love that sword!
Wheeljack! Oh, Wheeljack! Come to pappa!
Scourge is good, but seems to be missing something G1ickly, not sure what. He'll sure look great next to Cyclonus though!
Boom!

G2 Prime looks poor because to me it looks crap compared to the amazing original and is missing all the fun trailer features.
Scourge's gun looks so close to the Targetmaster dude (it has hinges!) that I am scratching my head that they didn't go the whole hog and do it as a TM companion proper.
The Rumble/Frenzy thing and Wheeljack do nothing for me. Loving Grapple.

If people like the G2 Prime then that is fine, but for me he doesn't really feel much like G2 Prime. Apart for the large shoulders it feels like he is a product of a very different design aesthetic - feeling rounder and less chunky if you forgive my imprecise terminology. He looks like he is probably a decent toy, just not really a good homage to the original mold. I also can't stand the sword. G2 Prime had a nice transparent broadsword/enlarged arming sword kind of thing, this version has one of those big shounen action show kind of sharpened surfboard-shaped things.
Wheeljack is.... just sort of there. The sort of toy I might buy if I happened to see but I'd be less inclined to go looking for.
Grapple is great a good remould of a really good toy.

As to G2 Prime, his chest reminds me more of Energon. I've been trying to place why it felt familiar. You are right enough Nigel. Karl

Darn I think I want at least the cons, Galvatron looks awesome and I'verecently cometo quite like the mould too. Nuts more money needed.
