In a perfect confluence of events I am back here. Hello again.
It looks like I had a choice of two accounts on this e-mail and I chose the more obscure one.
I hope you fellas (and ladies) are all well.
All the best.
Elliott Hopkins.

Hi, it's a bit late but I didn't see this bit before. I lurked for a while just checking out figure release dates before I decided to start posting.
I'm nearly 40 and for my sins I'm a Dentist living on the Wirral. I've lived in Grantham and Birmingham too. I'm married with two girls 1 and 2.
I started off collecting when the Star Wars POTF toyline came out. That kept me busy for a number of years but there were just too many things coming out. The release of the prequels really dampened my love of Star Wars for a while. Being a huge fan of 80s cartoons and having just joined eBay in 99 I collected the Visionaries toys. Then at uni I collected G1 transformers. I sold these when I needed the money for the Toybiz LOTR figures which i managed eventually to complete the whole collection. Then when I got my first jobs things spiralled. I started with Legions of Power, g1 reissues, MP, Space Lego, Stargate film,SG1 and Atlantis and ended up adding Tron Legacy, Bandai Thundercats and Robotix to the list. With each I had pretty much everything then I realised they had been in storage boxes for years all unopened and I on my had room for some. I started adding to my G1 reissues then realised the Siege figures existed so I decided to sell the LOTR and get siege, then I couldn't help but go back to Prime Wars so the MP and G1 went and now I'm consolidating with Stargate, Tron, Visionaries, Legions of Power, Prime Wars and WFC trilogy. All else will be going

Hi all! I'm Eveline, some might/maybe/perhaps recognize me from twitter where I go with the same username. I'm your friendly neighbour from across the pond south-east-east. Got linked to this forum and I'm happy to sign up and chill out with you folks.
My favourite cartoon lines are Beast Wars, RID 2001 (which I usually refer to as CRID), and Cyberverse has been very entertaining so far as I've watched (season 2). I've read IDW 1 comics, starting with all the -ations. Am running behind on IDW 2 series, need to catch up someday somehow. And yes, I've got a toy collection, just got my 3rd display case today so I can do some building and rearranging =)
Additionally I do things with illustrations etc. Fun fact, there exist some oooold colorings of mine on some of the pages of the Seeds of Deception project that m3gr1ml0ck linked, and more recently I did an illustration for the Actionmaster fanzine.
I'll be wandering through the boards, can't wait to hang out with all of you! - Eveline

Hi Guys,
My Name is Jarl, I'm 36 and a UK resident and looking for a more local community. Reason being is I have started reducing my G1 collection to replace it with the new "CHUG style" figures. As a kid, scale always bothered me and now I'm able to collect my faves at a relatively standard scale. I've been active in various US communities but it hasn't helped me track down places I can purchase the newer up-to-date figs as most the US stores don't exist over here.
I look forward to getting to know you all.
Just might quickly add, I'm into Nerf and Lego also.
Regards,
Jarl

I was mightily impressed by it while it lasted. Is this more acceptable? Especially if I tell you the A is red as a homage to the Autobots?

Especially if I tell you the A is red as a homage to the Autobots? Can you leave it in the standard font? It's doing VERY weird things to my head if one of them is different. It'll be SOMETHING spectrum related but I'm not sure what.... I don't think the red carried over but I know now how it's done.

No, I mean change the font on your name. Just Google Stylised text, copy and paste. I would advise against it though, it is not popular. It's ok, I'm married so I'm used to the quirky ways I express myself being quashed! Lol.

Hi guys I'm Helium, new to here. Found this place while searching for the original document of Eugenesis (thanks to the translation of tea-tac-tan- on weibo(Chinese Twitter, kinda.)) Reading UK Marvel Transformer comics these days, found that Prowl can also be relaxed, somehow.(He's the best.) Since my English speaking is terrible, it might sounds weird when I'm typing. So, please tell me if I look like a bummer, thanks.

After being too absent from these boards for too long, I have at last returned properly. Long time users know me, but I see there are new users, so I should reintroduce myself.
I'm a lifelong Transformers fan, almost since the start, ever since being given Optimus Prime and Megatron one Christmas, then a brother gave me my first of the comics, an instalment of Dinobot Hunt, a few months later. I'm into pretty much every version of Transformers, some obviously less than others, though my current collecting focus is Generations and Botbots.
Beyond Transformers, I like pretty much any sci fi and fantasy, but there's so much around these days - which is great - that I find myself missing the simpler times of the 80s and 90s, when it was easy to keep up to date with every new series and have plenty of time to watch old things, too!
I own a sci fi, fantasy and pop culture shop in Bridgend, South Wales. I used to sell regularly at Auto Assembly, assisted by my Dad, who is also well known to long time TMUKers.

Hello! My name’s Matt. I’m from the US and am here for a specific purpose, and I think I’ve come to the right place for it. Been a hardcore TF fan since the first live action film, though I’m old enough to remember early G1 reruns, Beast Wars, and the various shows that followed.
I eventually got very much into the Classics toys and digging into the archive of comics.
I’ll be making a thread in the exchange forum shortly, hopefully some of you can help me find what I’m looking for. Thanks so much.
