Have started using the Forum in the phone recently.
Very annoyingly every fourth time I make a post it posts but then sends me through a quick succession of links ending in Google Play opening. I am definitely clicking on the create post link and nowhere near the ad banner.

Anyone else getting a "DDoS protection by CloudFlare" message when they visit the site?

Bizarre.

I periodically get the same thing on iOS, usually to some fantasy-related game I have no interest in. I suspect a dodgy ad is launching it via JavaScript.

I really want some After Eight mints. I have not had After Eight mints in an age. I want Proboards to malfunction so I can get After Eight mints. This is a realistic aim in life.

I've had a few issues that way myself. I've also found that Safari on my Mac has been having issues with it too - it randomly refreshes pages immediately after rendering them and re-renders them as blank. My copy of Firefox is also having different issues. I suspect that it won't be too much longer before Proboards no longer supports the browser versions I am using on the desktop, at which point the IPad will be my only way of accessing the forum.

The Android Firefox browser on my tablet has been having a number of issues with crashing recently and I found the Forum was always a trigger. Latest update of Firefox seems a bit better.

IE on my WP8 phone is suddenly deciding to change the function of the navigation drop-down. Where I used to routinely click 'Participated' from the list, it's now no longer there. The list of options is different and now includes Home, Help, Search, Calender, etc rather than Participated, recent etc.
Happened whilst I was navving around the site. Clicked on Navigation > Participated, read a new post, then clicked on the messages button, read a message, then clicked on Navigation and the options had changed.
Odd...

Ok. As this has almost completely detracted me from visiting the forum, I have conceived of a fix. Could someone go to the Participated Threads screen and then post the address here. I'll just add that to my bookmarks and replace the home screen and with any luck it'll just apply my profile to it.
Cheers.

I tried that and it refused to comply, instead redirecting me. But then, as if by magic, the Participated link appeared again in the drop-down. Happy days.

Hmm. Not sure what's happened there.
Proboards haven't made any announcements about changes to the software, and I can't see anything on the support boards.

I'm receiving new notifications from where I've been quoted in threads dating back to 2009. Nothing terrible, but an amusing glitch all the same.

That could be me: I've been doing a little work the last few days in the Toys forum moving older material to appropriately themed threads and it's been occasionally necessary to quote people to give things context.

Need some help! Have saved my password on my home computer but noticed that I still have my old email address on my profile from years ago. Trouble is, I can't remember my password to change this. Can anyone help? (This would also explain why the password request doesn't work when I do it on other PC's)

I can tweak profile settings, but proboards is set up so that while your personal data for the profile, is visible to me as an admin, I cannot edit any of it. Andy

I know on Firefox you can view saved passwords [options -> security -> saved passwords -> show passwords], not sure if you can on Chrome or IE, but I don't see why not.
