While there are very valid arguments to make that it wouldn't be this bad if he had been, I don't think much would be different.
Lot of focus in the press the last couple days that it was his tweets that whipped people up, but in reality it was his rallies.
Twitter, however much his administration tried to spin or cover things, could always be counted on for him to go on and reveal his actual intentions. All because he just can't keep his mouth shut.
I am completely giddy that he's been banned. Lord I wish I could watch his brain imploding over this!
But I think if it had happened sooner, his administration could have covered up so much more evil than they have.

So, the woman who was shot by police was pretty unhinged, having restraining orders against her, for stalking exes significant others.
The dude who tasered himself to death was in the process stealing a painting, which means his taser was probably in his pocket when it went off, which means he probably tasered himself to death in the balls
And i've not verified this one, but one woman was apparently trampled to death while waving a "Don't tread on me" (a white nationalist dogwhistle) flag. Which seems both way too convenient to be real, yet so stupidly plausible that it could be.
I need to verify this one before I believe it.
Edit: It's true. She was carrying a "Don't tread on me" flag.
Her family blaims trump (as well they should!)

Very wound up by Johnson's craven refusal to say whether the UC "uplift" is being taken away or not in the middle of a pandemic. I do have some stake on this as I'll relying on UC until I am signed fit to look for work by GP (which I hope is no later than March or April). What comes in from UC makes the difference to being able to buy food or not when bills are paid. I am fortunate in that I have a partner who is working but I shouldn't have to rely on them to get some of what I have paid into the system back during a (hopefully) short period of time when I need some help.
Why is Johnson so committed to making less fortunate people stress for no reason? We know he'll U-turn again.

Even at the time, Cheltanham was a stupid event to hold. But without any leadership from the government, money and earnings hold sway, I guess.
I have no high ground, I was in London at the start of March for utterly frivolous reasons. But I don't think it's unreasonable to say if the leaders of our country had acted with the decisiveness that this needed a lot of heartache could have been avoided.

The UKIP group completely self-destructed, fragmenting into several rival parties such as Abolish the Assembly, all of which failed, hurrah! Good riddance to Neil Hamilton, Mark Reckless and co.
