They've just announced a possible Diaclone Blue version! Something up on Tformers about it, sorry can't do a link on my phone. "In negotiation" it says. We're saved from the dullness of Arsestreak!!!!

If a blue one doesn't show I'll be disappointed, but not too much. The Heroic Autobot I remember has always been silver.
The guy who rocked up to an overpass, transformed and took out a strike plane in ONE SHOT like the coolest bot in the world in Man of Iron was silver.
The guy who stood alone against Jetfire, a blank-slate 'con four times his size, to protect two humans and an injured Bumblebee, was silver.
THe guy who raced off alone to rescue Ironhide when he decided to take on the entire Decepticon army alone in Burma in the original Sunbow miniseries was silver.
The guy who stood shoulder to shoulder with the last half-dozen charged up Autobots against Megatron's entire army at the climax of the original Marvel miniseries was... well, that was an early Yomtov issue. Who the hell knows what colour he was.
So yesh. It'll be a shame if we don't get a blue Bluestreak, but I can live with it.

Beautifully put Nickos. Man of Iron particularly speaks to me. But at some point in my earliest exposure to the Transformers, I saw a picture of a blue Bluestreak, and since then (even when I see him silver in great graphic novels such as Man of Iron), he just looks blue to me.

Hmm. Not sure about that. I paid £58 inc shipping for Bluestreak in 2013 when it came out. I know we had a patch of relatively cheap MPs, but it was after that.
The HLJ price there is before CUTA & shipping.
