Annoyingly, it appears that my Encore 15 set went awry in my house move back in November.

Anyone know where I can pick another up?

I've seen a couple for £90 with postage on EBay - although no-one appears to be biting because, well, that's mental.

Any ideas? I need Rewind and Eject!!!

Sorry, this is into the f***ing mental teritory which is odd given what it contains. My memory was that 18 was the really insane one from when I bought them but I appear to be mistaken

I'm assuming you've got Ravage & Buzzsaw elsewhere?

Crazy as it sounds the cheapest way is probably to hunt down vintage Ejects and Rewinds!

Nick may be able to help you out depending on what the ToyFu stocks were.

Next time I'm in the loft I'll check exactly what I've got doubles of.

I've got an extra Steeljaw but no Eject or Rewind. I'll keep an eye out if you like, and have them sent to Mr Crazy Jetty along with the other US stock before it all gets shipped out in... probably July.

Give me time.

Not like my Nick Roche "give me time and I'll find you a Roadfire" declaration where it's been four years and I've only seen two which were waaay over the price limit. These guys are easier to get hold of.

Thanks for the replies. Not going to go vintage route as I really want this set. So annoyed its gone missing.

If you do see a set definitely let me know, I'll totally be up for them.

If I was paying £70 that would suck, but I'd just about stomach it, but £90? Crazy.

The worst thing is I saw these in Japan when I was there but didn't know my set was missing at the time. Arghh!!!

1) Point your browser at www.shoppingmalljapan.com, sign up for an account, give them a wee deposit and get yourself an acceptable bidding limit.
2) Download Google Chrome if you dont already have it, navigate to this link and find a category to look at.
3) Find an auction you want to bid on, go back to SMJ and do your thing on the place bid pages. You can also buy from shops such as amazon.co.jp btw.
4) Win, hopefully.

Also, any mention of the G1 Star Sabre and Dai Atlas reissues seems to have gone totally flat as well...

Indeed. I was looking forward to them. I already have a Dai Atlas and Star Saber from back when Yahoo Japan wasn't fully invaded by people like me and the prices were still sane, but the Galaxy's Greatest Swordsman is looking a bit grim in places. He's missing his gun, has a busted shoulder-blaster and his famous blade is a bit less chromey than it used to be after a Toy-fu related reproduction attempt a few years ago.

My Dai Atlas on the other hand is fine but he's such an amazing piece of engineering with so many fun features that I want everyone who desires one to have it

I managed to pick up up a Star Saber for £150 recently, the exchange rate is very, very good at the moment!

There was a line of thinking back when the Twincast and Soundblaster Encores were announced that lead to predictions of Fort Max and Scorponok as the next two due to the original play-pattern of TC and SB. So far, 50% right! I'd be well up for a Scorponok reissue.
