What's annoying is hearing on US podcasts all the time about how Starscream is clogging the shelves over there, yet we never had a sniff. He goes for twenty dollars new on eBay US, less than the postage to get one sent over here.
(And yes I know he's on Robot Kingdom Phil!)

I’ve been avoiding these reissues because I own all the ones released so far. But I’ve got a feeling I’ll be looking at these in 5 years and kicking myself for not getting them now.

Just buy them now. If you don't like them, you can sell them on in 5 years to the Johns that didn't buy them now. I've enjoyed handling them, a familiar toy in an unfamiliar colour scheme. And ones like Hound are much better in hand than pictures. |

I haven't bothered with almost all of these Movie repaints, simply because of cost. They've fallen under the "would be nice" banner, but I spend too much on Transformers as it is.

The old toys still retain value. Reissues often have differences (some small, some big), different materials etc. Plenty of folk do like to collect the original releases.

Obviously these have been reissued many, many times already, so plenty of opportunities to get them in the original toy decos, so this is good for those who wanted something more cartoony.
