A week ago, I was undecided on whether to get the Optimus. I now have two. Seeing one in hand at the NEC last week convinced me to get one, then, a couple of days after my stock arrived this week, I decided I'd like one to keep boxed.

Hi guys. Just a quick question for anyone who has the 40th anniversary G1 retro prime. The one I have was double taped on one side of the box. Seen this with other reissues in the past but not the most recent ones like Blaster and Soundwave. Has everyone else's been double taped?Just annoying if you want to keep one MISB.

Just realised the Prime reissue is a store exclusive. Where did you all order from? They are going for about £100 on eBay which is a little more than I wanted to pay given missing link was about the same.

Prime was distributed through Diamond and at least one other toy wholesaler, so may be available in comic shops and independent toy retailers.
