Great news. Very happy.
Also perhaps increases the chances of old Marvel UK stuff finally getting a new airing, either in trade or digital formats.

Revolutionary War Alpha has been and gone as has the Dark Angel issue.
Enjoying this event so far, and I'd love it if they let Keiron Gillen do more with Dark Angel.

Read the Alpha, and rather enjoyed it. Good solid way to both bring newcomers up to speed on the Marvel UK stuff, and to give a little bit of closure to the story-lines that were running when it was all cancelled (and explains Mystech in such an amazingly succint way!). Have bought Dark Angel but not had a chance to read it yet, I will be doing that shortly.

Dark Angel was tops. Better than any of her series back in the day. Knights of Pendragon next! I hope they're not from the second version!
How often does this series come out? The checklist does not say.

Dark Angel was tops. Better than any of her series back in the day. Knights of Pendragon next! I hope they're not from the second version! How often does this series come out? The checklist does not say. The checklist at the back of the issues gives release dates; never more than a two week gap, and finishes March 26th: Knights of Pendragon - 29/1 Death's Head - 12/2 Supersoldiers - 19/2 Motormouth - 12/3 Warheads - 19/3 Omega - 26/3 I've enjoyed it so far, really liked the angle Gillen found with Dark Angel, but thus far the interior art hasn't blown me away. Very much modern Marvel house style, looking forward to the DH issue all the more for this reason. It's kind of fair enough, not really a project which would have a big art budget, but might have been nice to see something from Ferry or Pacheco for old times' sake. -Jim

The latest SFX Comic Heroes magazine/bookazine (issue 22) contains an article on the Revolutionary War series, featuring a short interview with Simon Furman on a certain freelance peacekeeping agent.
