I do have a bit of a thing for Xemnu the Titan. All comics are elevated by an appearance by him! -Ralph Have you read his (Byrne) She Hulk appearances?

Found a stall in Greenwich market today I'd never seen before which sells mostly 90s comics in apparently new condition for £1 each. Many of them are not worth that, but I did pick up Orion #1. It's quite good!
Always nice to have something new to hunt down back issues of. The first didn't quite sell me on Orion, but it's Walter Simonson so I'll give it a chance.

Cleared out Orbital of their few issues of Orion when I went to get MTMTE tonight. Sadly no #2, so the hunt is on!

No I hadn't. The Iceman tale I had read in a random X trade though.
Nightcrawler tale was excellent.

The Nightcrawler tale forms the basis for the (uncollected) Nightcrawler LS. The Iceman one is going to be in the Iceman LS trade which kinda sets a precedent for the Nightcrawler one.

The Nightcrawler mini does nothing for me, but the Ice-Man one gave young Ralph actual nightmares from when it was printed in Secret Wars UK!

I managed a bit more of a haul than I expected from the comic mart - helped by Oxfams mounds of cheap comics. I came away with a chunk of early Excaliber, a couple of Alpha Flight issues and some issues of Savage Sword of Conan and Return of The Jedi (The "crimson forever" story, a good slice of nostalgia for a couple of quid).

More random comic 2-packs have turned up in The Works, but they seem to only contain modern DC crap.

Comics packs from the Works yielded some gold. The first issue of The Maxx, The first of Who's Who in the DC Universe from 1985 with some quality Jose Delbo art. Static issues 1 and 2. Issue 1 still sealed in it's polybag, within the two pack poly bag!
Then Oxfam where the Rick Jones Batchelor Party and Wedding issues of Hulk were procured, along with some Byrne/Romita Jnr Iron Man, a couple of Thor and Avengers 348. A good haul!

I'd love a trade of the 80s Who's Who. Not a DC fan but profile book? Oh yeah.
They did a Star Trek Who's Who at the same time which I have the second issue of somewhere. Burns needs this publication.
