Just a quick shout out to see if anyone else is playing this? It's a fairly straightforward card game that sees you build a deck and pitch it against other decks. Each card has an Attack, Health and Defense and can be elvelled up by burning other cards. there are separate cards for a character's robot and alt mode and you can merge these into a single card with improved stats. I'm already boring myself so I'll just cut to the real pull - good artwork:






It's free but follows a standard micro-transaction model that lets you spend real money to increase the rate of your improvement. It can seem very shallow initially and to be honest, until you get a few different option for what to put in your deck, it is. But oh my, is it addictive.

If anyone plays, drop a post on here and I'll find you in-game. If anyone is inspired to start playing and wants some tips, ask here and I'll do my best.

Yes this is totally addictive!!
You do have to be careful you don't start throwing money at it but if you put the time in you can get some good rewards but to get to the top you will have to pay.

I find some of the latest episodes can be quite lucrative. The Ruby Medals have improved, making it less 'pay-to-win'. also, if you put the time in on these episodes, you'll usually land a good reward by the end of it with a decent finish position. Personally, I'd like to see 'nerfing' for any repeated cards. It just looks pump when you face up against someone in a PVP episode and they're sporting 9 identical Megatrons...

I agree they do add a more rewarding element but can be a bit frustrating when you get 4 of the same but there you go. Also with the new games sometime glitches in the game means players are rewarded with some good items from the developers.
You could poss put a limit on the same number of characters for example max 3 the same characters in a team.

I downloaded Legends as soon as it came out, but have only actually started playing this week. The artwork's amazing. I hope it gets released in a hard format at some point.

I keep seeing the story modes for this - but it is a phone only game? Are they releasing it so you can play on line like with The Avengers game that they have moved to phone?

Well, the inevitable has happened - the company that runs Transformers:Legends have done a press release confirming that the game will be wound up in the next few months. Can't say I'm surprised - all of the Events in the past couple of months have been repeats of older events instead of featuring new content - usually a sign of a reassigned Dev team.
