I clearly don't have enough wine. And his outfit is still unexplained. Something may have gone wrong in my head. Goodbye.

To all who championed Zardoz:
I may be relatively new to this forum but the way I see it, you now owe me two hours of life. I might need to watch Naked Lunch to straighten my head out again.
(Possible constructive criticism to follow tomorrow)

I watched the opening monologue and decided to contemplate its deep meaning before proceeding further. Perhaps I shall find the inner strength to continue today

And Shockprowl, Zardoz is best watched as a double-bill with John Boorman's Excalibur.

I have never seen that film before, which is sad because it looks absolutely demented and right up my street.

Excalibur I can do. Annoyingly, my brain refuses to deconflict certain scenes from that film with those of Legend for some bizarre reason...

It is one of the most bonkers films I have ever seen. I first caught it many years ago late at night on Channel 4 long before the internet so I was completely unprepared! -Ralph That was my first exposure to it. Channel 4 late night films introduced me to a lot of quality fare. This, Scanners...er Lifeforce. I'll stop now. Andy
