I thought that email (the one that tells you your ticket number as well) was your pass, as in that's what you print off and take with you to hand in at the desk on the day?

In my e-mail it states this is your e-ticket confirmation no passes are being sent out you need to print e-mail to collect at the event.

Do you think it would be acceptable to just display the mail on your phone / tablet? This is a fairly common practice elsewhere and as my printer's recently died, it's certainly preferable...

I'd expect so... but we tried this with a restaurant voucher today and got turned down.
Paper won't feed properly into mine :-(

This is the first year I've actually had a printer- the last two years I was able to use a screengrab on my phone/tablet pretty easily, indeed I think they made a point of saying so in the messages last year. Might be worth throwing a tweet at the AA account to double check, but it should be OK.

The boxes are starting to accumulate one t-shirt to pick up and my own packing to do. 20 hours to go.

Travel starts at half 6 tomorrow, with the whole family. The trip could prove deathly as Joey has not pooed in 4 days..
On the other hand, going to attempt to find a lull in the crowd and actually say hello to the TMUK crew this time, we'll be the losers in matching Megatron tops..!

I've got Death's head drawn by Simon Furman & nice comment by Nick Roche for my son's sketch autograph book.

I had a fun weekend, and tellingly I didn't find more than five minutes to actually rad a comic or play with a toy which is pretty much a first, the social aspect was brilliant this year.
I'm not sure if I met anyone from here other than Andy and the other nice Scottish chap (whose name I've forgotten-eek) I chatted to, but everyone who went made a nice relaxted chatty weekend.

That would probably have been Nick (Kayevcee) who was behind the ToyFu stall seen in these pics imgur.com/a/eq1rP with Matt (Blueshift). Colin (Hippobot) was there too.

I am not sure if Stuart is meaning me, as I did chat to you for about 5 or 10 minutes one night. The atmosphere is really fantastic and I have to say that Auto Assembly is the friendliest place I have ever been too. Usually when I meet a new group of people, such as a new job, I tend to have very little in common with anyone and a completely different sense humour and personality, which is why I loved AA last year and more so this year as I felt very comfortable around people and could just be myself.
