What toys have you sold, removed, disposed of, or moved-on to the the ether, that you now realise you should have kept? TFs included.
I think I've done ok. Just recently though, I realised I was a fool to sell on my 25th Bazooka. What was I thinking?!!!

All my original GIJoe/Action Force figures. Less so the vehicles.... apart from the Snow Cat and the WartHog
All the Astromechs I sold in my SW clear out.
So many Transformers it's untrue. My gold box Wheeljack and Sunstreaker. Sixshot. God Neptune and Gigastorm. I sold a lot of Japanese BW but have rebought most of them. Any of the Head & Targetmasters I haven't got. Most of the Universe 1 toys I owned (rebought a few recently) especially the Universe Minicons Prowl & Terradive cos they're proving a bugger to replace now. In fact lots of Minicons, especially the Micron Booster and Cybertron ones. Some of the Cybertron toys.
Oddly I don't miss that many of the Classics. Selling Kup was a mistake but I rectified that. I'd like a better Classics Rodimus than the vs Cyclonus one. Scourge. Oddly Drift.

I've been pondering this for the last hour or so and I'm pleased that beyond Transformers I can't think of anything that I used to have I'd like back. I kind of regret moving on my Star Wars collection, which evolved from around 79-84, but I'm not sure I'd want to display them now and I know my G1 collection would be smaller if I still had the Star Wars stuff because I agreed with my Mum at the time we'd sell it to fund new Transformers. What I do regret there is not knowing even back in 84/85 what the value of some of that was. The whole lot went in the local paper for £60, which would have been a steal.
My only real regrets TF-wise are selling Bruticus & the Headmasters. Oh, and Metroplex. I had this thing in the late 80s that I only wanted to keep original 84/85 releases, but reflecting on that now I think the Headmasters were probably the best toys of the 80s ones. I think I've already said in the wounds thread that I particularly feel the loss of Scorponok, Highbrow and Weirdwolf. I will have to fix that one day.

I mildly regret selling SG Grimlock. But then I remember it was an idiotic deco celebrating a boring concept, and I don't feel so bad.

I once had a massive TF collection but most of it has gone for space reasons, mostly to charity with a smaller amount being sold. While I do think it's a shame that many of them had to go as changes in circumstances and accommodation meant I literally had no space for them I find it easy enough to deal with. The keenest loss has been the Micromasters though.

All my moving on mistakes have been TF related, but that regret made me hang onto most of my old stuff, particularly all my TMNT figs.

"Regret is a name Seargent-Major," - Cortana, Halo 2
After long and careful consideration I don't think I actually regret anything I have gotten rid of, even the things I wish I still had. What I mean by that is that the reasons for getting rid of the items are all still valid. The Zoids which went had been in a box in the attic for several years, and I have retained my low-run items, and my customs. The Transformers that went had to go for space reasons, and have either funded an acquisition I have hankered after for almost a decade or have raised money for Mary's Meals. The books that went had all been read innumerable times, and cleared space for new books. Even the difficult to replace Battletech miniatures went for practical reasons - I didn't succeed in generating a player community in this area, so I wouldn't have had a OpFor anyway. (And these days it is easier to play via MegaMek than having piles of mapsheets spread out on a tabletop).
I don't think I regret parting with anything really. And for that matter I don't think I will have many regrets about my next round of clearing out either.
Karl.

I don't think I've regretted getting rid of anything, though I am sure there is one I rebought after I sold it, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was!

Movie Bonecrusher, such a great fun figure. Styled after a sloth, unlike all the other insect like figures. I think his arm broke due to GPS, mayhaps. Movie Bonecrusher is one of the very few movieverse figures I've kept. He's a brilliantly weird figure. Never thought of him taking after a sloth though! I really like that comparison! Now I like him even more!
