Not a surprise, considering the sales. It may have worked better if launched as a mini to test the waters. Ah well. It didn't help that the book was similar to Avengers: The Initiative (though urinated all over that from a high height, in my opinion)
I'll enjoy the 4 issues still to come. Hopefully, Marvel won't consign the characters to oblivion.

So so on the first issue but on Ralph's advice I ordered the trade.

So so on the first issue but on Ralph's advice I ordered the trade. Has it had a trade then? Because I was meaning to start picking this up based on Ralph's recommendation. If it has been canned I'm not sure there's a lot of point in starting to try and get it in floppy's. Might snag a trade come the day of pay. Karl

Not due to the 5th of March, according to Amazon. Series was canned purely on direct market sales, it would seem.

What you have told me about "The Order" did make it sound like good reading but I never got around to picking it up. Feel a bit guilty about that now - sure my one sale wouldn't have made the difference between cancellation and continuation but still.. Karl

Also, #6 was not a natural cut-off point. The Order was one of those old fashioned comics where different things happened every month, with subplots, rather than 'part 1 of 6' decompressed nonsense. -Ralph

Well rumour has it Matt Fraction who is involved in X-Men Divided We Stand may end up writing something in the X-universe.

I have since thought of a recent 4 iasue trade so I suppose 7-10 is possible. Just 1 big complete ook would make more sense.

I read every issue so far at Ralph's. Brilliant, brilliant stuff. Both trades are essential purchases.
