During the botcon info, it was apparently overlooked that the club showed off a ton of unused botcon concepts:

Overlord from RotF Mindwipe. (Really didn't work, Bludgeon ended up slightly better...I guess.)
Marlboro "Wheeljack" from HftD Axor. (Looked really cool but they went with Circuit instead.)
Femme Fatale Cykill from Prime FE Arcee.
Beast Wars Predaking from BW TM2 Tigerhawk.
Shattered Glass Stranglehold from RotF Lockdown. (The paint was patterned after his Pretender shell and included a painted mustache. It was kind of weird, I'll be happier if we get a proper Stranglehold out of Generations Rhinox.)
Animated Hubcap from Animated Soundwave with new head.
Skyquake, King Atlas, and MW Starscream from Classics Silverbolt with a new head. (I am super freakin' disappointed Skyquake didn't get made.)
Thunderclash and the Turbomasters box set: Thunderclash from Prid Magnus, Flash from Prid Hot Shot, Scorch from Prid Kup, Boss from Prid Wheeljack, can't remember who Hurricane used, BH Smokescreen I think. (This set would have been incredible, apparently the poor performance of Machine Wars killed it.)
Twilight Sparkle Prime from Beast Machines Battle Unicorn. (Yeah...I'm kind of glad that one died.)
“What we almost got”
Ransack from FoC Kickback. (Almost was a pirate this year in place of Brimstone, not used because Hasbro might do it.)
Cannonball from Prime Wheeljack with a new head. (Switched to Ratchet instead, good move IMO.)
A new pirate character from Prid Dreadwing. (Specifically stated to be a new guy. I couldn't match the color scheme to anything, might have been an homage to Zone Scorponok?)
Bumper from Prime Rumble (evidently was going to be a pirate, not an Autobot).
Crosshairs with Pinpointer from Generation Kup with new head and Nightstick.
Animated Strika from TFA Bulkhead with a new head.
Bruton from FoC Grimlock.
Bruton from Prime FE Bulkhead.
MW Prowl from Classics Mirage. (Switched to MW Mirage because they felt it needed a new head.)
MW Hubcap from Botcon Hoist. (I wish they gave us this instead of Hoist, maybe they didn't know about the Generations release.)
Classics Stunticon Box Set (Ended up getting conceptually merged with the animated set below to give us the animated Stunticons. We got the G1 colored Breakdown in the SS, the others weren't shown iirc.)

Animated Toxitron using TFA Wingblade Prime (Mold for the Wingblade parts wasn't available).
