Hub Membership Pack 05 - Warp Squadron

Way back in the mists of 2005 back when the forum was hosted elsewhere and we needed to pay for ad free browsing, Graham conceived of the Warp Squadron gimmick. For everyone who sponsored the site back then would get a toy and an A to Z entry for them. He tapped me to do the lineart for the characters, as he was going to colour them.

Sadly the scumbag who broke into his work and stole the pile of toys put paid to that. I was just over a quarter of the way through at the time. I believe there was going to be either 45 or 48 in total. A few of the pieces have found their way into some of the Polaris/Hubris A to Z's over the years. I was doing some digital spring cleaning and came across them.

So here is a small glimpse into what might have been..

Yeah, not at lot we could do when the light fingered twat nicked the toys. Ah well, glad I discovered the drawings. The reason there was no more, was I'd gotten up to this point and then was told by Graham that they had been pinched.

Pure chance I found the scans on an old disc while hunting for someone else.
