Actually looks kind of cool, if only my friends had started breeding so I could buy it "for their kid".

Those don't appear to be super-deformed enough to be Robot Heroes figs. Looks cool though.

I don't see any Robot Heroes figs, just the Rescue Bots, Activators and some newer figs that are sort of RH like. "Robot Heroes" is now used by Hasbro as the umbrella branding for the younger children's lines.

IT'S A BLOODY AM PRIME HOMAGE!!!!!!!! HQ mode made me think of Countdown actually. The action feature down the middle makes this new effort outclass both bases, I reckon -Nick

That is rather good. Is it a bad sign that I am actually more taken with something from a side project line than I am anything we have seen recently in terms of main-line Transformers toys?

I'm the same. The lines I'm most interested in at the moment are Bot Shots and Kre-O. Before those, it was Cyberverse because of the playsets and Human Alliance basics. The main lines don't interest me all that much at the moment. I've got Transformers Fatigue as a result of Transformers being available continuously since 1998 (and from getting most of them); I like the freshness of the more original, quirky toys at the moment.

Funny, I had a conversation with Jaymz that was very similar a few months back. He was more into Armada and Energon than I was, while I mostly skipped the Unicron Trilogy. If I hadn't, I'd probably be feeling a lot more burned out on TFs right now. I didn't bother with much of Animated until it could be had cheap, nor the movieverse, only being serious about CHUGetc. Oddly, I'm getting into Prime...
Plus, thanks to the nature of the economy, I doubt many of our houses are getting much bigger...

That doesn't sound like something I would say. I stopped buying any new TF stuff after the initial wave of Armada due to how rubbish it and the cartoon was. Skipped Energon and Cybertron. Reissues were the main thing that kept me in it.

As with any hobby, it is healthy to take a break from it every now and then and/or focus on different aspects of it for a while.

I've had the non-transforming Rescue Bots figures in stock recently and found them to be good sellers. Is it the purple packages ones or the figures with all the chrome parts in the photos? Yes, the purple packages.

Nice to see Rescue Bots continuing. -Ralph Indeed. The Rescue Trailer Prime looks quite good. The other thing that caught my eye I the upcoming Whirl. We seem to be getting. Relatively large number if helicopter formers but a updates of older designs go, Whirl is fantastic. Not only is it a good tribute to the old Gazette design, but it evokes the AH-1 much better than the original toy, with some lovely rivet detailing on there. The humanoid mode feels like the original but updates the articulation rather nicely too. Springer and Sandstorm are nice, and I'd quite like to own them, but Whirl is nudging into "must buy" territory. The Doubledealer repaint of Blitzwing looks rather nice as well - good colour maps on him, and the cheeky Shark-Mouth nose art is a nice touch. Karl

They've been available for months. I try to keep them in stock as I find them good sellers (especially with overseas customers), though I'm out of them at the moment. (I should have them back in a couple of weeks.) They're actually exactly the same figures as those twin-packed with the humans; they're also less than half the price of the twin-packs, which is handy if you're not interested in the humans. There's Optimus, Bumblebee, Heatwave and Chase to collect.
